『My 8-month-old loves to carry this book around with her and chew on it. We go over the pictures of her grandparents and aunts and uncles on a daily basis. She really studies the faces and tries to turn the pages. This is a great way to get your baby familiar with family members and a very durable book. I highly recommend this.』

『I used this book for my younger child's school memories starting in preschool and loved it! It prompts you, or your child, to record their favorite school subject, sport, book, and even movie year to year. If you write neatly there is ample room to journal. You do have to use tape to attach school pictures but with any double sided scrapbooking tape it is very easy and takes little time. There is a large pocket for every year to put some additional pictures, special art work, or other memorabilia for years to come. Every year has room to tape the class picture. When the class picture is smaller than 8x10" I can use the extra room to put other wallet sized pictures. I have done this with dance pictures, sports or team pictures or any other pictures significant to that year.
I would recommend it to all!』

There are pockets for each grade that can hold awards certificates, report cards, etc. There is space for writing class information, favorite things about the year, and for the child to write their name. The only thing I'm not crazy about is having to tape the class picture/school picture onto the page - but because of the pockets, little cuts to put the corners in are not practical. Basically, this is just what I was looking for.』

HOWEVER ... one day I found my daughter (then 8 months old) with a red mouth after having chewed on the album .... apparently the color (from the album page rims) comes of after prolonged soaking. AND regarding the negative comment, I found it a bit tedious to put in the pictures (cut them to size), but if anything they were tight and I had to cut the edges more. I used regular photos too. A highly recommended album.』

My daughter who is 16 months old just takes the pictures right out which defeats the whole purpose of having them safe in the album. I wasn't impressed.
